As a student of history living in today’s age of fast paced information and advancements I find it imperative to build bridges of information from the past to help people understand the present. After receiving the necessary context to explain how previous decisions have impacted their current circumstances decision makers can be equipped with the knowledge they need to make better decisions today.
Connecting my training in social psychology and African American Studies uniquely equips me to identify the needs of organizations and communities from social, political, and cultural perspectives. With this information I am able to create narratives that address the roots of these needs and illuminate paths towards new solutions.
Along with working in collegiate education advocacy, advising University libraries, and working to plan streamline state election logistics in metro Atlanta precincts, I have experience overseeing federal contracts and compliance for the operations team at Williams Adley & Co, an accounting and consulting firm in Washington DC.
My background enables me to combine my knowledge of corporate systems and operations with my training in research and analysis to provide both qualitative and quantitative assessments of the function of organizations. Furthermore, I hold a BA in African American Studies and Psychology from Yale University.
I founded this company to have more opportunities to work closely with people and organizations who are looking to tell their stories, amplify the voices around them, and to serve their communities with their gifts, talents, and resources.
